CAD library for implant planning in exocad exoplan, developed by Italian manufacturer Sweden & Martina. The PRAMA RF LongNeck line features a 3.80 mm long neck, conical core, and aggressive thread design aimed at achieving primary stability in soft bone and challenging anatomical conditions. The system uses a Collex internal hex connection specific to Sweden & Martina implants. UTM surface treatment (ion etching combined with sandblasting) provides microroughness for enhanced osseointegration. The LongNeck variant is indicated for cases requiring increased biological width, limited interarch space, and protocols with immediate or early loading. Suitable for implantologists and prosthodontists working in exoplan; the library enables virtual implant placement, prosthetic planning, and surgical guide design.
