Rex Implants is the US division of the Mectron Group, known for piezoelectric surgical systems. The Rex TL PiezoImplants line is designed for piezo-driven surgical protocols: the 2.9 mm narrow diameter fits interdental spaces and cases with limited interocclusal clearance. The library for exocad exoplan imports virtual implant models, enables precise positioning in the digital treatment plan, and supports guided surgery template fabrication. Indications: single-root teeth in the anterior zone, narrow alveolar ridges, immediate placement after atraumatic extraction. The platform integrates with the Rex digital workflow: from CBCT-based planning to milled surgical guides. Target users are implant surgeons, prosthodontists, and dental technicians working within the exocad ecosystem. The library is loaded via the exoplan «Implant Library Manager» module and used when designing surgical guides and prosthetic restorations.
