The Paltop implant system features a conical internal hex connection that provides reliable implant-abutment fit. The guided sleeves are intended for fully guided implant surgery — the sleeve is embedded in the surgical template and precisely guides drills and implant carriers along the planned trajectory, eliminating freehand deviation. The library integrates into the exoplan Guided Surgery module, allowing prosthetic-driven planning based on CBCT data with control over angle, depth, and 3D position.
