The library integrates into exocad exoplan as a surgical guide module: the implantologist or dental technician imports the guide STL, positions implants according to the treatment plan, and the system calculates guide sleeves and wall thicknesses for milling. The SKYplanX protocol involves CAD design of the guide in exoplan followed by 3D printing or milling for surgical use.
