Bioner is a Spanish dental implant manufacturer based in Barcelona. The Top DM system is designed as an infraosseous/subcrestal implant with a single prosthetic platform. The conical geometry provides optimal load distribution, while the Bioetch surface finish promotes enhanced osseointegration. This library is intended for use with the exocad exoplan module, enabling virtual implant planning, abutment positioning, surgical guide design, and prosthetic outcome preview before surgery. The library serves both implantologists and dental technicians working with digital workflows. Installation is performed via the Library Manager in exoplan.
