Bio Micron IEI PEN
A CAD library for the Bio-Micron IEI PEN implant system, designed for use within the exocad exoplan platform. Bio-Micron is an Italian manufacturer specializing in dental implant solutions and prosthetic components. The IEI PEN line is represented in exoplan with 15 implant models covering a range of diameters and lengths for diverse clinical scenarios — from single-tooth gaps to complex full-arch rehabilitations. The implants feature a tapered or cylindrical bone-level design with aggressive thread geometry for high primary stability. The system uses an internal connection type, providing secure abutment seating and optimal load distribution. The library contains both screw-retained and cement-retained suprastructure options, enabling prosthodontists and dental technicians to plan final restorations directly in exoplan. Installation is performed via the Implant Library module; once added, IEI PEN components appear in the planning window for selection and design. File: BioMicron_IEI_PEN_plan.zip.
