BioHorizons is an established US dental implant manufacturer offering a comprehensive range of implant solutions. The sleeve components are part of the BioHorizons guided surgery system — directional sleeves inserted into surgical guides to ensure precise implant positioning during surgery. The BioHorizons sleeve library for exoplan contains CAD models of sleeves compatible with the manufacturer's guided surgery protocol. It enables implantologists and dental technicians to design surgical guides in exocad exoplan using BioHorizons sleeve parameters: height, inner diameter, and connection type. Typical indications include partial and full edentulism, cases requiring precise implant placement based on CBCT data, and immediate or delayed loading protocols. The library is loaded into exoplan via the «Libraries» → «Dental Components» menu and is used during virtual planning prior to 3D-printed guide fabrication.
